Delivery Information

What is the cost of Delivery?

Delivery is FREE on all orders over £450 (excluding VAT) to UK mainland addresses, extra charges may apply to Highlands and Offshore.  Orders below this threshold will be subject to a small order charge of £45.00.  We always aim to deliver your items as quickly as possible.

When do you Deliver?

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during working hours unless you have specifically arranged otherwise with our customer services team.

Delivery Access?

Our deliveries are made to the ground floor entrance of your premises as per standard transport policies.  If you want us to deliver to a different area such as directly into a first floor classroom please contact our sales team at customerservice@theessexgroup.co.uk or call us on 01626 832726 or use the Live Chat facility on our website to discuss your requirements.

Where do you Deliver?

We deliver to all mainland UK addresses and can also deliver to Ireland and internationally.  Please contact our customer service team for more information.

Problems with Deliveries

Unfortunately damages can happen during transit of your order.  If when you receive your delivery an item has been damaged please take a photograph of the damage and email it to customerservice@theessexgroup.co.uk along with your order number and we will deal with this as a priority. 

Please note that damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.
